We appreciate that not everyone is in need of our full wedding planning & design service.
We are delighted to offer four key services to couples who are looking for particular guidance, creative inspiration and practical help at certain points in their planning.
Our À la Carte Four Key Services
1. Your personal action plan
We provide a two hour consultancy. We look at all the elements of the wedding and produce a structured list of all items that you will need to consider and include. We can then allocate the budget with you, giving cost saving tips and advice to ensure that you leave with an exciting action plan in hand.
- How to start planning your wedding.
- How to set a budget.
- What format to use for the day.
- How to theme the event with your personal style.
- Project planning and order of tasks.
- Delegation of tasks.
- Recommendations of trusted suppliers.
Price: £300 for a two hour meeting with Kelly Chandler held in the Wimbledon area.
Additional meeting hours are charged at £100 per hour.
2. The venue
For those who don't know where to start, have been disappointed by venues viewed to date or recognise that they do not have the time to find the ideal venue, we offer the following:
- A face to face meeting in the Wimbledon area.
- Preliminary desk research using our extensive personally visited venue database. This includes some of our secret finds, as well as a comprehensive search of new venues.
- Provisional booking of dates with venue and related ceremony.
- Preparation of brief email proposal with key costs.
- Arranging of appointments for you to view venues unaccompanied. Provision of relevant information relating to the chosen venue.
- We can accompany you to visit venues, research suitable local accommodation and advise on contract negotiation at an additional hourly rate of £50.
Price: £300 for up to 6 hours venue searching.
Additional hours are agreed with you in advance at £50
per hour.

3. Wedding day management
This service is for clients who require extra support and peace of mind on the day itself. We provide you with an experienced, hands-on wedding planner who attends on the day to make sure that everything runs seamlessly:
- Face to face meeting at our office in Wimbledon to discuss your wedding day.
- Detailed meeting between the co-ordinator and yourselves 1-2 weeks before the wedding date to handover details, contacts and materials for the day.
- Contact with all key wedding suppliers to finalise set up time and delivery details.
- On the Day attendance of one planner inclusive of travel expenses for 10 hours.
- Availability and use of wedding planner emergency kit and ivory umbrella.
Price: £600 based on a London wedding. Other locations priced separately.
It may be necessary to have a second planner on site for part of the day, depending on your requirements. This will be charged at £50 per hour as will any additional hours you require of your principal co-ordinator.
4. Additional SOS service
- help in time-bundles if it all gets too much
If it all gets too much and you need inspiration and practical time-based help we offer 'time bundles' in sets of 10 hours for you to use as you wish. This can be anything from sourcing unusual vases, candles or illusive bridal favours, managing invitation replies, right through to overseeing bespoke stationery design. It is an SOS service for those times of wedding need!
Price: £400 for a 10 hour bundle.
General notes relating to À la Carte Services: If you require a meeting outside of our Wimbledon offices and would like us to travel to a location more convenient to you please note that travel expenses will be passed on at cost and additional travel time charged at £30 per hour.
